Questions & Answers

Origin Story: In a couple sentences, how would you describe your path to becoming an investor?

I'm a lifelong entrepreneur, and began angel investing after the Plated sale to Albertsons in 2017

Investment Approach: What are the key factors you consider when evaluating a founding team?

Their ability to build and execute without 3rd parties and a deep and authentic passion for the problem they're solving

What's your style and approach when it comes to working with founders post-investment? What are the characteristics of founders you've worked well with?

I enjoy working with founders in a variety of advisory and board capacities, but it truly needs to be a 2-way fit

If I'm coming to pitch to you or your firm, what's the one piece of advice you'd give me?

Help me understand the problem you're solving, why others have failed to solve it (because someone has almost certainly tried), and why you're the team to finally make a dent.
