What's your style and approach when it comes to working with founders post-investment? What are the characteristics of founders you've worked well with?

Very hands on. We like coachable, ambitious founders who have a deep mission.

If I'm coming to pitch to you or your firm, what's the one piece of advice you'd give me?

We are investing early, so investing in people. Show your passion and mission.

How would you describe your own personal mission and values, and how do they impact the way you invest?

Trying to use venture as a way of  changing the world for the better. It's very important to me. I focus on big problems that impact the many. I have a strong leaning towards backing underrepresented founders + young founders.

What do you like best about investing in NYC, and what’s your outlook on the future of NYC tech?

I love the commercial mindedness, work ethic and ambition of the founders. Think  NYC has a very bright future in tech and venture.
